Refund policy
Although we hope it would be a rarity that you are unhappy with the product in any way, such things happen.
To provide a good cooporation and for your peace of mind all purchases are covered by our 14 day exchange or refund promise.
In case you are not satisfied with our product you must let us know within 14 day from the date of acquisition and can therefor request a full refund or, if preferred, exchange of equal value.
This can be done in several ways,

You can send us an email, where you explain your reason for return or exchange.
You can expect our response on the same day.
You can do the same by post or phone.
The next step is that you make sure the product you are returning is wrapped up securely and can so be posted back to us.
Items must be returned by Recorded delivery and clearly marked for the attention of the Mail Order Dept.
In case of lost parcels we do not take responsibility and wont pay for postal charges.Also we can refuse the returned product if we consider that the product wasnt treated in accordance with the instructions provided with them .
Returned products must be unused, in a saleable condition and in their original packaging
If you treat according to our instructions we will make no charges for the return.

Limitation of Liability

Typographical Errors
In the event that a EUROPEAN KITEBOARDINGSTORE product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, EUROPEAN KITEBOARDINGSTORE reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.
